   An injunction to the seller who is asking too much or the buyer who is offering too little:
    I am disappointed we didn't get another. But I did not want to sharpen my pencil as hard as some of the others have done and make such toppy forecasts. (Sunday Telegraph, 23 February 1997 — a bidder was explaining why he had failed to secure a rail operating franchise when British Rail was privatized)
   The phrase may also be used of other accounting inaccuracies short of fraud.
